개인정보 관련 문의: admin@mintclubx.com

PRIVACY POLICY

MintClub Privacy Policy

Effective date: October 13, 2026

1. Overview and Operator

MintClub has two parts. One is a non-custodial crypto wallet (USDT/XTM) in which users manage their keys on their own devices. The other is a MintClub points account that you sign in to with your email. The operator does not custody users' wallets or wallet keys and does not manage wallet assets on their behalf. MintClub points are recorded off-chain in the operator's points ledger. Members can buy points: by bank transfer, credited after the operator confirms the deposit, and, while USDT top-up is open, by sending USDT to the operator's TRON address. Members can request a payout of points, and the operator then sends real XTM (or USDT, where the operator has opened USDT payouts) to the address the member enters.

Operator: GS Partners Co., Ltd. (주식회사 지에스파트너스), service name MintClub. Privacy contact: admin@mintclubx.com

2. Information We Collect

  • Email address: used to create a points account and to send sign-in links.
  • Points account number and points records: the account number, the time and amount of points issued, sent or paid, the counterparty account number, and any memo you type when sending are recorded in the ledger.
  • Push notification token: only if you allow notifications, we store your device's Expo push token and device type (Android/iOS) to notify you of incoming points. When you register for notifications, the app also sends Expo the app's installation and app identifiers (installation ID, app ID, project ID) needed to issue the push token; we do not store these on our servers.
  • Merchant details: if you register as a merchant, your English shop name and city. They appear in payment QR codes and in the merchant directory. If the merchant enters them, we also store a shop display name (any script, such as Korean), an address and a shop phone number, and these three appear in the app's merchant directory. The shop phone number is optional.
  • Merchant application details: if you apply to become a merchant, we store what you write on the application: the business name, business registration number, representative's name, contact phone number, business address and an application note (your message to the operator). The business registration number and the note are optional; the rest are required. We use them only to review and approve the application and to contact the applicant. Only the applicant and the operator can see them; they do not appear in the app's merchant directory or in payment QR codes. The application's status, the time it was submitted, the operator's decision (its time, the operator who decided and the reason) and whether the decision email was sent are stored with it.
  • Point purchase (bank transfer) requests: when you request a point purchase, we store the account number, the won amount you requested, the number of points (an estimate until confirmed; once the operator confirms the deposit, the amount fixed at that moment's rate and a record of that rate), a deposit identifier code the operator generates for you to use as the depositor name, the status (pending, confirmed, voided or refunded) and the time of the request. We do not store the sender's name or bank account number. When the operator directly credits money received outside the app, the same items are stored.
  • USDT top-up: when you request a USDT top-up, we store the account number, the USDT amount you requested and the exact amount to send, the estimated points, the network, the operator's receiving address, the status, the deadline and the time of the request. Every USDT transfer that arrives at the operator's address is stored, whether or not it matches a request, with its transaction hash, sending address, amount, block time and the time it was seen; once it matches a request, the account number, the points credited and a record of the rate applied are stored with it. Where the operator handles it, a refund transaction hash and the operator's note are also stored.
  • Payout requests: when you request a payout, we store the account number, the number of points, the asset to receive (XTM or USDT) and network, the receiving address you type, the payout amount and a record of the rate applied, the status, and the times of the request, the decision, the payment and the last change. When the operator processes it, the operator who acted and the payout transaction id are stored; when it is rejected, the reason the operator wrote is stored too.
  • Operator action records: when the operator acts on an account, a record of it is kept. Actions include suspending and restoring, granting, reclaiming and freezing points, operator top-ups, assigning and recording refunds of USDT deposits, approving, rejecting and paying payout requests, approving, rejecting and suspending merchants, changing the email address, and deleting the account. The record keeps the type of action, its time, the reason the operator wrote, the account number, the related request number or transaction hash, and which operator acted. The receiving address of a payout request is not stored in this record. When the operator edits a shop profile, the edited profile (English shop name, city, shop display name, address and shop phone number) is kept with it. The record never stores the member's email address: an email change records only that the address was changed.
  • Crash reports and server error reports: when the app crashes or the server hits an error, the error and technical diagnostics such as device and app version are sent to Sentry. From the screen-navigation and network-request trail the app keeps, anything after a question mark in an address (such as search text) is removed. Before sending, both the app and the server replace email addresses, sign-in tokens (JWTs), token= values in sign-in links, tokens in receipt links, recovery words, 64-character key values and wallet addresses with [REDACTED].
  • Inquiries: when you send an inquiry from Help & support in the app, we store its text (what you type), the category, the app version and the account it came from (the account number). When the operator replies, we store the reply and its time, and send the reply to the email address registered to the account.
  • Rate-limit values: to limit sign-up and sign-in attempts we store hashes of the email address and the connecting IP address, and to limit recipient checks before you send points and inquiries you submit we store a hash per sign-in session; values more than a day past their last request are deleted as described in section 7.
  • Usage statistics: for each installation, the app sends the operator's API a random identifier made on the device (not linked to an account or wallet), an event name and the date. The events are: app opened, wallet created, recovery words confirmed, PIN set, receive screen viewed, and wallet send and restore attempts, successes and failures. Receive and send events also carry the asset type (USDT or XTM), and failed sends and restores carry a coarse failure reason (for example insufficient balance, network problem or invalid recovery words). Addresses, amounts, transaction ids and account numbers are never sent. It is sent without any sign-in, so it is not linked to a points account, and the operator does not store or log the connecting IP address or device details of these requests. It is on by default and you can turn it off in the app under Settings → Send usage statistics. Turning it off stops sending and deletes the device's random identifier.
  • Wallet request relay: when you view a balance or history, or send a transaction, from the wallet screen, the app sends the public TRON wallet address, amounts and the already-signed transaction to the operator's API, and the API passes them on to TronGrid. The operator does not store these in its database and does not link them to your email or points account. Private keys and recovery words are never sent.

3. Information We Never Collect

The operator does not collect or transmit private keys, mnemonics (recovery phrases) or passwords to a server. They exist only on the user's device. The in-app USDT/XTM wallet's addresses and balances are not stored against your email, and the points account and the in-app wallet are not linked. A receiving address you type when requesting a payout is stored with that request and your account, and the address that sent USDT to the operator's address for a USDT top-up is stored with that deposit record and linked to your account once it matches your request. This is the same when that address is the in-app wallet's address. We do not collect advertising identifiers, location or contacts.

4. Public Nature of Blockchains

Wallet addresses and transactions are recorded on a public ledger and can be viewed by anyone by nature of the blockchain. This is how a public blockchain works, not a separate publication of that information by the operator. The operator cannot erase or reverse a record confirmed on a blockchain.

5. How We Use Information

  • Creating accounts, sending sign-in links, and providing points transfers, payments and receipts
  • Sending notifications of incoming points
  • Issuing merchant QR codes and showing the merchant directory
  • Confirming point purchases (bank transfer and USDT top-up) and crediting points, and processing and paying payout requests
  • Reviewing and approving merchant applications and contacting applicants
  • Checking and reviewing what the operator did (who, when and why)
  • Investigating crashes and improving stability
  • Checking service stability and usage statistics (weekly active installations, wallet send and restore success rates)
  • Receiving and answering inquiries
  • Preventing abuse and limiting request rates

We do not sell collected information, and we do not use it for advertising, user tracking or identity-based profiling.

6. Service Providers and Network Providers

The providers below act for MintClub to deliver the service. We do not provide information to them in order to sell it or to share it for their own purposes.

  • Resend: sends sign-in link emails and inquiry reply emails. It processes the email address and the message.
  • Expo push service: delivers incoming-points notifications to your device. It processes the push token and the notification text, and receives the app's installation and app identifiers when a push token is issued.
  • Sentry: processes app crash reports and server error reports. It receives diagnostics after the redactions described in section 2.
  • TronGrid: provides remote procedure call services for querying the TRON blockchain and broadcasting transactions. Our API passes on the wallet addresses, public transaction data and signed transactions the app sends it, and TronGrid may process them while handling those requests.
  • Cloudflare: hosts the website and provides the network in front of api.mintclubx.com. All API requests (including email addresses, sign-in tokens and connecting IP addresses) pass through Cloudflare.
  • Tari RPC: provides remote services for querying the XTM (Minotari) network and broadcasting transactions. It may process public transaction data while handling those requests.
  • CoinGecko: provides price quotes. The operator's server fetches the quotes from CoinGecko and relays them to the app, keeping one shared copy for all members for a short time (about one minute). The app on your device does not contact CoinGecko directly, and no user information, such as your email address, account or device details, is sent to CoinGecko.
  • MEXC and Bithumb: provide the XTM/USDT price (MEXC) and the USDT/KRW price (Bithumb). The operator's server fetches only these public prices and relays them to the app, keeping one shared copy for all members for a short time (about one minute), and keeps a record of the prices used for payments and settlements. The app on your device does not contact MEXC or Bithumb directly, and no user information, such as your email address, account or device details, is sent to either exchange.

Information processed by each provider may also be subject to that provider's policy. The operator does not provide wallet private keys or mnemonics to any of them.

7. Retention and Deletion

  • Account data (email, sign-in links, push tokens, merchant shop name, city, display name, address and shop phone number): kept until you delete the account, then erased.
  • Merchant application details (business name, business registration number, representative's name, contact phone number, business address and application note): kept until you delete the account. Deleting it erases these details and marks the application cancelled; the submission and decision times, the operator who decided and the decision reason remain.
  • Operator action records: an audit record built so that it cannot be deleted, so that what the operator did can be checked later. Like the ledger, it remains after you delete your account (the account number, the action, its time and reason, the related request number or transaction hash, and any shop profile the operator edited). It does not contain your email address.
  • Point purchase, USDT top-up and payout request records: kept as accounting records for the period required by law. They are not erased when you delete your account: the account number, amounts, status, times, deposit identifier code, the address that sent USDT and its transaction hash, and the payout receiving address and payout transaction id remain. They are no longer linked to the deleted account's email address.
  • Anonymous points ledger records: the ledger is an accounting record built so that it cannot be deleted. After you delete your account, the account number, amounts and times remain but are no longer linked to your email or any identity. A memo you typed when sending points also stays in the transaction record and cannot be deleted. Any points left on the account can no longer be used.
  • Crash reports and server error reports: deleted within at most 90 days of collection.
  • Usage statistics: kept for one year; records older than a year are deleted when the next statistics are received. They are not linked to an account, so they are kept for the same period whether or not you delete your account, and a record already received cannot be individually found and erased. Once you turn it off in Settings, nothing more is received.
  • Inquiries and replies: deleted together with your account. If you do not delete the account, an inquiry is deleted when the next inquiry is received once a year has passed since its last change (receipt, reply or a resend of the reply email). A reply email is delivered through the sending provider, whose own policy may apply to what it keeps.
  • Rate-limit hashes: overwritten on the next request after the limit window has passed (15 minutes for sign-up and sign-in, 1 hour for recipient checks, 1 day for inquiries), and values idle for a day are deleted on the next limited request (a sign-up, sign-in, recipient check or inquiry). Deleting your account also deletes the hash of that email address.
  • Backups: the database is backed up in encrypted form. Information you deleted remains in the encrypted backups for at most 35 days and then disappears when those backups expire.

Public blockchain records are not information the operator can retain or delete.

Account deletion: delete your account yourself in the app under More > Delete account, or request it using the steps on the account deletion page. You can request deletion without the app.
